I have been in the fitness space for over six years and I'm certified personal trainer. I truly believe that everyone journey is different. The path can also change in the middle of the journey. As our lives adapt so should our workouts. Finding your workout style is one of the key aspect to having success in fitness.
If you don't like your workouts the chance of you keeping it going for the long run is next to nothing. I believe you should enjoy your workouts. That doesn't mean you wont be challenge. That doesn't mean you will love every minute of each workout. What it means is finding key elements that you love that can be tracked and making mini milestones along the way to really fall in love with the journey.
